To assist with planning your stay, please find below the terms and conditions for The Poppy Georgetown.

• Check-in time is: 4:00PM

• Check-out time is: 12:00PM

• Minimum Age to check-in is 21 years

• All room rates are based on 1 or 2 people sharing. Additional occupants of the room, over the age of 17 years incur a fee of $30 per night.

• Pet Fee is $40 per room per night.

• Hotel requires a valid credit card on file for the duration of your stay.

• Taxes are paid on the following:

  • Overnight accommodations: 15.95%

  • Market Items: 6%

  • Food and Beverage: 10%

• Use of the Gardens are available to all guests of The Poppy Georgetown. To stay friendly with our neighbors, the Gardens will close each night at 9:00PM on the weekdays and 10:00PM on the weekends (Fri + Sat).

Parking:

There is street parking available on the street within the neighborhood. It is metered parking and limited to 2-hours. Park and pay using the ParkMobile App. Download the App

While street parking with ParkMobile might be easy for your arrival and luggage transfer, you may want to consider an alternative if you prefer not to manage the meters.
